EXSERVICEMEN RALLY AT PALRA STADIUM (RAJIV GANDHI MEMORIAL) PALRA
AT 1030H ON 16 MAY 2012 WEDNESDAY
Dear Veterans
Further to referred mail mail below, arrangements for the rally have been finalized and are appended below.
About 100 buses have been arranged by the Army HQ and Civil authorities for the convenience of veterans for them to attend the rally. The buses have been placed under the control of Capt Rathee and Capt Balwan in Jhajjhar and area around Jhajjhar. Some buses are earmarked for Noida, Ghaziabad and Gurgaon. All veterans are requested to use these buses and attend in large numbers.

A medical camp is also being organised at the rally. All medical experts will be available to attend to the veterans problems and advise to veterans. All medicines will also be disbursed as prescribed by the medical experts.
CSD canteen will also be available at the rally site and veterans will be able to purchase their requirements at the rally. Liquor will not be available in the extension counter of CSD.
Specialist from various branches of army will also be present to attend to the problems of veterans. Veterans are requested to bring the necessary documents like their pension books and PPOs and bank passbooks for verification of the specialists to get a suitable reply to their problems.
Refreshment packets will be given to all veterans and sufficient quantity of drinking water will be available on the rally.
Veterans are requested to get in touch with their contact persons in your area and attend the rally in large numbers and listen from the COAS about the latest action taken by the Army HQ on the problems being faced by the veterans.
One can not get a better opportunity than this when COAS himself is addressing the veterans and giving the latest situation report on the problems of veterans.
