Shed your ego....By Maj Bhupal Singh / Brig kamboj

Dear Friends,
Jai Hind.

It is time for all ESM and ESM organisations of India to raise a ‘white flag’.

Only if all ESM Organisations and all ESM of India, stand shoulder to shoulder - we can obtain

Justice for Defence Services.

Enough is enough.

Let us read the email below from Maj Bhupal Singh from Australia and act on it.
We cannot resolve differences among us by using rude language and shouting at each other from miles away.

Sit accross a table, with a cool mind and resolve issues. Majority of the ESM feel it is very much feasible.

Shed ago in the interest of all ESM.
Do not wait for the other party to call you on phone – you call and request for a meeting; forgive and forget.

(Also, some of the ESM which are equally respected by all other ESM, should kindly intervene and attempt to bring in reconciliation among all. Please do not wait for an invitation. It is already late.)

None of us as an individual is important.

Only one thing is important for all ESM of India –

Justice for Defence Services.

In Service of Indian Military Veterans
Chander Kamboj.

Subject: RE: SOME OF THE EMAILS RECEIVED FROM MEMBERS - "REPORT MY SIGNAL" - REPORT MY SIGNAL - EMAIL 741/2009 - 28 OCT 09 (A to G)

Dear All,

I appreciate the sound, logical and mature views expressed by Veterans Veru Swarup, Akeel Shaikh & Mahesh Khera. Let us bury the hatchet and forget & forgive and lead on with our Movement, which has been groomed with colossal efforts by the Core Group. I do not wish to eulogise any one in particular. However, I will be failing, if I do not make a mention of the "RMS" blog ably managed by Brig Kamboj & Col Kanag Raj with great aplomb, which effectively brought all of us ESM to-gether and thus revived the ESM Movement in it new avatar as IESM and without which we could not have done whatever little we have achieved so far. Suffice it to say that we should call it a day for in-house battle and fight out with our adversaries. Inspite of our best efforts since last 3 decades, OROP has remained elusive. So, let us make it a success by joining hands. No single entity can achieve our aim. Perforce, we all (all ESM orgs of Army, Navy & AF, big or small) have to act in unison only then we can hope to win our War.

2. Kindly ponder over the views of learned Veterans Shaikh, Swarup & mk khera and help the
Steering Committe to lead us as hither-to-fore. I am certain that they will not fail us, notwithsatnding Force Majeure .

With warm regards to all,

Bhupal Singh, Veteran

Australia
