The mails below show the efforts of IESM to start tackling the problems of Pension.V Adm Barin Ghose is alone and needs people to join him as volunteers to work on pension issues.

Dear Raghubir,

You may rest assured that IESM Pension Cell will continue its efforts. I am overwhelmed by the messages of goodwill blessings and what have you especially PBOR who respond to even my interim reply. I must live up to their expectations. But the Pension Cell consists of only one ESM, namely Barin Ghose. Even the ECHS Cell has three members and no one minds

I therefore seek volunteers for the Pension Cell and look forward to some ESM who are familiar with pensions, an extremely complex subject and have a penchant for social service
