Soon after the invitation of Brig R K Gulia for the meeting at the IESL HQs I met the RM and gave him our submissions. Copy of the same is enclosed above.
While we are seeking OROP, Brig R K Gulia and his coterie wants much less thereby destroying all the efforts put in by our Association over the last 30 years. Best of luck with such NETAS.We shall however continue relentlessly to achieve our ultimate goals.
